Tasting New Mexico’s State Cookie – Biscochito: Next, we head to a local bakery to try a biscochito, New Mexico’s official state cookie (often spelled bizcochito). This crispy, cinnamon-and-anise flavored treat is a sweet local secret and a must-try for anyone visiting New Mexico.
