Apparently there was actually some old footage of this version floating around, so I figured it would be a good way to close off my showcase of prototype Overclocked layouts. This is one of the earliest versions of what would become Freight Frenzy (at this point the stage was called Grounded Shuttle), with a drastically different and more platforming focused layout. The trains were also a much less prominent component, as they were only intended to be used as a setpiece in the middle of the level, though we hadn't even started working on implementing them by this point. The June 2019 demo's 2D section was also still being used here, meaning platform and obstacle spam galore.
Jank aside, this version was just generally a weak layout that didn't work well with Forces physics, on top of lacking a clear design focus like the final iteration of Freight Frenzy does. As a result we almost entirely scrapped this outside of a few small design fragments and the middle train setpiece, leading to the final version of the stage.
