I wasn’t happy with the first version of my Baja light bar, so I tore it apart and rebuilt it using inspiration from Trophy Truck technology. This redesign was about doing it right, not just making it work.
In this video I walk through rebuilding and refining the light bar for my YJT Jeep build, showing what changed, what didn’t work the first time, and why the second version fits the build so much better. This project is a big step toward finishing the Jeep and getting it ready for real off road use and camping trips.
