This vaporwave reimagining was born from a late night spent thinking about how Kate Bush was always ahead of her time. Her ethereal vocals and synth-heavy production were practically begging to be pulled into the vaporwave aesthetic. We slowed the tempo, added layers of reverb and chorus effects, and let the track breathe in a way that transforms its desperate longing into something meditative and hypnotic. The result is a version that feels like a faded memory playing on a television in an empty room at 3am.
