Описание:
The Cataract Gorge is located only a few minutes drive from Launceston's city centre. In summer it's a popular spot for swimmers and sun bathers but really it's a great place to come any time of year and features a number of fairly easy walks including a slightly longer trail to the historic Duck Reach power station (shown in this video).
The South Esk River floods every one to two years and makes for quite spectacular viewing.
