I began working on this song while taking a break from analyzing Gleam. I didn't take it too seriously and and decided to add some MIDI art for visualization purposes which is why some of the background melodies sound weird.
The song is mostly in the Orgone[7] subset of 11edo (white keys), but still takes full advantage of the available chromaticism. The lead solo during the 6/8 part was played live but heavily edited afterwards.
Visuals done in porcupyne which is a music analysis and visualization library I'm writing in Python. It's still unreleased, but should not be confused with an unreleased sonic engine with the same name from 2011.
