ABS sheet from tap plasti (price varies depending on how big of a sheet you buy) in my case, i bought a 8 feet by 4 feet for 75 bucks. Used probably only 1/4 of it.
L brackets and rivets from Homedepot or any hardware store, can't be more than $20
Optional carbon fiber material (cloth, resin) again price varies, i bought a 8 feet by 2 feet from ebay, for $70 and resin/hardener from tap plastic for $30 bucks, with LOTS of left over for other projects.
