用猪油炒出来的福建米粉香气十足🐷非常的好吃,做法简单容易💯
材料:1把米粉、100克猪肉、胡椒粉、酱油、8只虾、胡椒粉、1茶勺盐、4瓣蒜、1条鱼饼、1把菜心、2勺猪油、300毫升清水、1勺蚝油、3勺黑酱油、1把猪油渣
1)把米粉提前浸泡好,猪肉切片腌制胡椒粉&酱油腌制10分钟
2)虾去背后线,加入少许胡椒粉&1茶勺盐腌制10分钟
3)蒜切末,鱼片切片,菜心切段
4)热锅加入2勺猪油,爆香蒜末后加入肉片炒至变色
5)倒入鱼饼&虾炒熟,加入300毫升清水、1勺蚝油、3勺黑酱油煮至沸腾
6)把米粉加入、把猪油渣炒至米粉上色后,放菜心炒均,盖上锅盖焖煮2分钟即可
7)出锅装盘再撒上一些猪油渣,可以开吃了❤️

5) Pour in the fish cake & prawns and fry until cooked, add 300ml of water, 1 tsp of oyster sauce, 3 tsp of dark soy sauce and cook until boiling
6) Add Bee Hoon, stir-fry lard residue until the bee hoon are colored, add choy sum and stir-fry evenly, cover the pan and simmer for 2 minutes.
7) Take it out of the pan, put it on a plate and sprinkle some lard residue, you can eat it ❤️
