Remove HP, MP, LV, Class and More from the Menu Screen! - [B5-Final] RMMZ Horror Tutorial

Welcome to the basic tutorial series on how to make puzzle horror games in RPG Maker MZ! The 'basic' series are designed for those who bought RMMZ for the first time and have no idea what to do.

For this video, we will be looking at several features that may be useful to create an RPG Maker Horror game. Lastly, we are going to go a bit expert to remove several menu screen objects such as Lv, Class, HP, etc. Note that if you use a plugin to remove the menu items, or to use a completely different menu screen, then this process can be neglected.

Comment out these pieces of code to remove respective menu items:
HP - 1746: this.placeGauge(actor, "hp", x, y);
MP - 1747: this.placeGauge(actor, "mp", x, y);
Level - 1808: this.drawActorLevel(actor, x, y + lineHeight * 1);
Class - 1810: this.drawActorClass(actor, x, y + lineHeight * 1);
Gold Text - 1652: this.drawCurrencyValue(this.value(), this.currencyUnit(), x, y, width);
Gold Window - 1257 this.createGoldWindow(); rmmz_scenes
