Being on our phones actually affects us a lot more than we think especially when we are on them straight before we go to sleep. In order to have a good nights sleep, we need to ensure our brains are calming down and relaxing. Being on our phones too close to going to sleep can really affect the quality of sleep we get.
Therefore, I challenge you to put down your phone a good hour before going to sleep so you can do something that relaxes the brain instead of scrolling.
