Zahid Hussain Chihpa is the man behind Islam 360, an app that helps people easily find and understand Quranic verses and Hadith. His journey is truly inspiring—he started from a humble background, even selling bananas as a child, and went on to create one of the most popular Islamic apps in the world.
He gives credit to Dr. Aamir Liaquat for supporting him in his journey. Zahid’s dream is to translate the Quran into 204 languages so more people can read and understand it. Running the Islam 360 app costs him 58 lakh rupees every month, but he keeps it free for users because he believes Islamic knowledge should be accessible to all.
His hard work has been recognized worldwide, and he even received an award from Saudi Arabia. Zahid strongly believes that it’s never too late to start reading and understanding the Quran.
Although he has had some differences with scholars like Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza, his main focus is to bring people closer to the Quran and Hadith. Despite all challenges, he remains dedicated to spreading Islamic knowledge in the easiest way possible.
