Side lateral raises: 3 sets 10kg to failure
Arnold Press: 3 sets 30kg Dumbells to failure
Rear delt cable pull: 4 sets 15 reps 30kg
Shoulder shrugs with dumbells: 3 sets 20 reps (stopped) + 10 reps (pumping) 50kg
