spring is finally here- follow me on a normal day in my life :)
Cardamom Overnight Oats ( 1 portion)
-60g oats
-15g chia seeds
-1 grated apple
-cardamom
-2 big tbsp soy yogurt
-plant based milk ( i love oat or cashew)
-bourbon vanilla
-2 tbsp maple syrup
pea hummus:
-peas
-tahini
-handfull spinach
-linseed oil
-parsley
-lemon juice
no salt spice
Mix everything in a Bowl and store in the fridge overnight.
In the Morning add warm blueberries & cashewbutter ( or tahini also tastes amazing)
( this is baby friendly, in my portion i add salt later)
