« story » Hope is attending a funeral, standing at a grave which we later learn is her own. In a series of flashbacks to a few weeks prior, Theo breaks up with Hope despite still being in love with her, breaking her heart. Theo then starts seeing other girls to get over Hope, but seeing this causes her great pain. They keep ignoring each other until Hope can't take it anymore and leaves the school, finding the memories of their lost love too painful. While on her way out of town, Hope is hit by a car. Theo rushes to the Hospital, realising he's made a mistake breaking up with her and that he can't live without her, but it's too late. She dies. At the cemetery, Hope watches her own funeral, as a ghost.
A little extra note: the necklace she's holding at the beginning of the video is one that Theo gave her: a locket with a photo of her parents inside.
