The rest of my Kryptonite bearings failed, and it cost me BIG. I found one mid-fail to prove it!

After about 3000 miles of hard use, the OEM bearings failed in the RZR PRO XP. Rather than be boring and replace them with a new set of OEMs, I decided to give Kryptonite a try, as they come with a lifetime warranty. Turns out that was a costly mistake. Not only did the bearings fail, but they caused damage to other parts as well. Also, the first bearing failed during our trip to Silver Lake, Michigan! Fortunately it failed at the tail end of the day, but had it failed earlier, I would have been down for the count and extremely upset. I'm not necessarily saying that these bearings are bad for every machine, but apparently the PRO XP is too much for them.

Before they failed, we installed a set in Sunny, the 2016 XP Turbo. So far, so good, but we'll be checking them frequently. I truly hope that they can hang on, but after my experience with these, I'll be sticking to OEM going forward!
