"I am a cancer survivor. About five years ago I was diagnosed and the Affordable Care Act saved my life," said Laura Packard, a healthcare activist on the tour which stopped in Toledo Ohio.
Packard was diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin lymphoma five years ago and leaned on the Affordable Care Act to pay for her treatments.
