You can buy off the shelf humidifiers but many just aren't up to the job when it comes to mushroom farming. This system will stand the test of time and the fogger discs can be changes once performance drops off.
We growing mushrooms humidity is a very important factor and you really can risk a break down.
As an experienced mushroom grower I have tried many different types of humidifiers and find this set up to be efficient and reliable.
