go to Window menu - workspace -Motion.......
..then u open up the timeline on your Photoshop .
select any one Layer and come to Timeline pannel click on
Create video Timeline to u done for making moments on the Layers.

-Position, -Opacity, and -Style Blending Options

Text Animation or Title Animation :
