Ayurvedic WASH DAY ROUTINE Start To Finish | Hot Oil Prepoo, Clay Wash, Henna Gloss For Hair Growth

ALL RECIPES ARE DETAILED BELOW:) I started experimenting with Ayurvedic hair care about 2 months ago and I can already see a HUGE difference in my hair. This hair routine is so effective for growing long, healthy hair using Ayurveda and features a hot oil pre poo treatment, Rhassoul Clay Wash and a Henna Gloss Deep Conditioner. I'm sharing my full wash day routine for my natural hair from start to finish using only natural, ayurvedic products.

henna gloss (only use 1-2 times a month)

⇢ add water until desired consistency and let the mixture sit for 2-3 hours covered
⇢ blend one avocado with a bit of water, strain and add to henna mixture
