DUBROVNIK, Croatia was the first stop on our one month long road trip through Croatia and wow did it pack a punch! This amazing UNESCO world heritage site, fully walled city, is in the south of Croatia and on the Adriatic Sea. The walls surrounding this large city were completed in the 16th century and are still fully intact, not to mention the ancient buildings that are still standing. It's a must see if you travel to Croatia, a favourite of the places we visited. Be prepared though, build up those leg muscles for the stairs you will inevitably be climbing!
