1 tbsp - Hibiscus tea leaves (steep in about 200ml of boiling water but once steeped use as much hibiscus tea as needed for consistency as preferred).

2 portions of Aloe Vera leaf.

4 medium slices of ripe avocado.

1 heaped tbsp - coconut oil.

2 tbsp - coconut milk.

1 tbsp - sea moss.
