Full body REAL-TIME LOCKDOWN WORKOUT!!

I am posting free real-time and breakdown workout videos weekly, and during this stay indoor lockdown quarantine, planning on going live on Instagram during the week bringing brand new workouts to work out along with me!
This is from the workout I posted on Friday! For this workout you will need a set of dumbbells, and a jump rope if you prefer doing jump rope skipping to the cardio that I offer in the video. We will start off with a warm up, then move into three separate metabolic circuits each circuit lasting 3 minutes. After the three circuits you will move into a quick Tabata, followed by a five minute burn out!! You will finish around 30 minutes depending on how long of rest you take between circuits!!!

BREAKDOWN
WARM UP (@ 5min)
40/5 for 2 rounds
Run in place
Squats
Mt. Climbers
Pulsing Sumo Squat
Circuit 1 (3 minutes)
40/20 for 3 rounds THEN rest
40 seconds: DB Thursters
20 seconds: Burpees
Circuit 2 (3 minutes)
40/20 for 3 rounds THEN rest
40 seconds: Front Squat with DBs
20 seconds: Star Jumps
Circuit 3 (3 minutes)
40/20 for 3 rounds THEN rest
40 seconds: Push up and Cross Under Leg Extension
20 seconds: Lunge jump to Squat Jump
TABATA: (4 minutes)
20/10 for 8 rounds
1, 3, 5 and 7th rounds
20/10 - 4 DB presses + 4 High Knees holding DBs
2, 4, 6, 8 rounds
20/10 -4 Mt. Climbers + 4 in/out ab tucks
BURNOUT (5 minutes AMRAP)
50 High KNees
25 Sumo Squat Jumps
10 Donkey Kicks
STRETCH and you are finished!!!
