How to Easily Obtain 649 ilvl Gear From Bountiful Delves

Delves have received a few important updates in Season 2 of The War Within. Despite what many people are saying, they remain a fantastic way to gear up your characters at the start of the season before you hop into Mythic+. In this video I'll show you how to endlessly farm 639 gear from Tier 8+ delves, as well as how to guarantee your 649 Delver's Bounty item within the first hour of the patch going live.
