Pula chawal is simplified and modified biryani homemade recipe without artificial colours and less garam masala.
Ingredients used
1. Rice half kg
2. Oil 2 large spoon
3. Daniya powder 2teaspoon
4. Kali mirchi( black pepper) half teaspoon
5. Red chili 1/2 teaspoon
6. Salt 2 teaspoon ( or as per taste)
7. Garam masala just for taste ( or as per taste)
8. Green daniya
9. Onion 4
9. Green chili 4 ( as per taste)
10. Tomatoe 1
11. Jeera powder 1/2 Teaspoon
