Well, this was oof. It was also super humid this afternoon. Anyways, I think there's going to be alot of separation on this one between athletes. It is first and foremost an endurance wod if the 20 minute clock didn't already tell you. It's about 5 rounds in where it hits you. I started breaking up the doubles a few rounds in because I kept having a trip in the first few rounds. The deadlift is just an annoyance to blow up your grip for the row and shoulders on the doubles. I'd say Row over 1:08 if you're shorter and or worried about the clock. If it's a double under workout for you, I'd say break the deadlift up before you pick the rope up. Lastly...there's a lot of transitions in this, plan out an efficient set up that isn't an invitation for rest. 20 Minute AMRAP of 300m Row, 10 Deadlifts 185lb, 50 double Unders. Finished 7+53 RX.
