The Grace School of Applied Diplomacy held it sixth annual international conference, Complex Diplomacy in Turbulent Times, on October 23-24, 2025. This virtual conference explored new scholarship on how diplomacy can promote new thinking in the context of current global complexities.
This is the conference’s first panel. This panel considered how diplomatic actors can best manage the new digital ecosystem with presentations by Jovan Kurbalija (DiploFoundation), Corneliu Bjola (Oxford University), and Minseon Ku (DePaul University), all three drawing on their recent publications.
