Suzuki Bandit GSF 1200 N - Carburetors Cleaning (HD)

Suzuki Bandit 1200 carb cleaning after 10 years of standing still, the carbs are clogged, the slides aren't moving at all, nearly all the jets are clogged, including the needle jet air ports. So we are going to disassemble the carbs, clean them out, change the O-rings, assemble them back together without the ultrasonic cleaning, because it really isn't necessary. The carbs will work just fine again.

TOOLS

cross screw driver
small and medium flat screw driver
angle grinder, if things go bad
cleaning brush
technical gasoline
plastic and normal wire brushes
paper towels
tiny copper wire for jets cleaning
normal wire to fish things out
box for washing the carb
needle and stitch for cleaning the needle jet from inside
gloves
fresh air (the technical gasoline smells badly...)
compressed air is also good, but not necessary

MATERIAL

carb or brake cleaner
thread glue
carb repair set with O-rings, pintle valve and float chamber sealing
thicker NBR O-ring for the pintle valve seat as the one from the set is tiny
NBR O-ring for the diaphgram chamber
