Murgh Cholay
Ingredients:
• Chicken – ½ kg
• Boiled white chickpeas – 2 cups
• Tomatoes – 1 pound
• Onion – 1 medium
• Ground red chili – 2 teaspoons
• Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
• Ground coriander – 1 teaspoon
• All spice powder – 1 teaspoon
• Whole spice powder – 1 teaspoon
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
• Salt – 1 teaspoon
• Oil – 1 cup
• Julienned ginger, chopped green chilies, and fresh coriander – for garnish
Method:
First, heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden brown. Remove and set aside. Blend the fried onion and tomatoes together into a paste.
Add chicken to the oil and fry until it turns golden brown. Then, add the blended onion-tomato mixture. Next, mix in ground red chili, turmeric, ground coriander, All spice powder, whole spice powder, ginger garlic paste, and salt. Cover and cook on low flame until the chicken is tender.
Once the chicken is cooked, add the boiled chickpeas and mix well. Finally, top with julienned ginger, chopped green chilies, and fresh coriander. Cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Murgh Cholay is ready to serve!


Prawn Paneer Skewers
Ingredients:
• Large prawns – ½ kg
• Cottage cheese (paneer) – 200 g
• Crushed black pepper – 1 teaspoon
• Thyme – ½ teaspoon
• Ground red chili – 1 teaspoon
• Roasted and ground cumin – 1 teaspoon
• Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
• Vinegar – 2 tablespoons
• Chili sauce – 1 tablespoon
• Mustard paste – 1 teaspoon
• Salt – ½ teaspoon
• Shashlik sticks – 6
• Oil – ½ cup

Method:
Cut the large prawns and cottage cheese into cubes and place them in a bowl. Add crushed black pepper, ground red chili, thyme, roasted cumin, salt, garlic paste, vinegar, chili sauce, and mustard paste. Mix everything well.
Thread the marinated prawns and paneer cubes onto shashlik sticks and refrigerate for half an hour.
After that, heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the skewers until golden and cooked through.
Delicious Prawn Paneer Skewers are ready to serve!
