Upper Espoo Terminal (E) has staff social spaces, storages, Kamppi bus station platforms 41 to 57 towards Espoo, Helsinki travel center, Matkahuolto Helsinki Kamppi travel service, access to freight platform elevators and stairs down to loading deck, access to elevators and escalators down to Kamppi bus station platforms 1 to 35 for long-distance buses, access to elevators and escalators down to Kamppi metro station, access to elevator and stairs up to Sähkötalo, access to elevators down to EuroPark P-CityForum parking garage, access to Kampin Huippu, access to EuroPark P-Simonkenttä parking garage, access to Forum shopping center Helsinki and elevators up to Scandic Hotel Simonkenttä and exit to Narinkkatori (In English: Narinkka square). Both floors have storages. This elevator is platform elevator without ceiling nor door on north side of the elevator on lower Espoo Terminal (E) and floor buttons have to be held down all the time when using the elevator. Freight platform elevator is designed for goods only and it is operated with outside buttons. The elevator has cage walls on west and east sides of the elevator. The elevator has no floor numbering, just buttons up and down but the levels are otherwise lower and upper Espoo Terminal (E). That's because it is considered as more simple for freight platform elevator to not have any floor numbering system. The elevator functions were changed in 2022 by connecting it to roller door on upper Espoo Terminal (E). The elevator cannot go down unless the roller door is closed nor the roller door cannot open if the elevator is not on upper Espoo Terminal (E).
