Axe & Sledge Athletes, Dougie Flexx, Jeremy Potvin, and Vincenzo "Mass" Masone, invaded Justine Albert's gym to hit a back session!
These four athletes all compete in bodybuilding, but in different divisions! For example, Dougie competes in 212, Vincenzo competes in Open, Jeremy competes in Men's Physique, and Justine competes in Women's Physique.
They all have their own unique training style, so it was awesome to see them come together and hit a workout!

Full Workout:
1. Lat Pulldowns: 4 sets x 10-12 reps
2. One-Arm Hammer Strength Chest-Supported Row: 4 sets x 10-12 reps (each arm)
3. Barbell Rows: 4 sets x 8-10 reps
4. Weighted Back Extensions: 4 sets x 12-15 reps
