The ice rink sparkled like a frozen fairy-tale world. Little Na stepped inside, her white skates shining softly under the lights. She held her mom’s hand tightly at first—her tiny heart fluttering with a mix of excitement and nervousness.
“You can do it, Na,” her mom whispered.
Na nodded bravely.
When she took her first step onto the ice, her feet slid in opposite directions.
“Ah! Ahh—!”
She waved her arms wildly, trying not to fall.
