'13 Grand Caravan - Won't Crank - Other Shop Replaced The Starter

In this video I have a look at a customers 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan that won't crank over. He took it to another shop and they replaced the starter but low and behold it still won't crank. They did get it running for him and sent him down the road. Let's have a look and see what's really wrong with it.
