Episode 7 Cycling Bordeaux to the Mediterranean along Canals. We spent a couple of days sightseeing in Carcassonne. Then we took a train to Narbonne and cycled 50 kilometres to Beziers. It was a public holiday, and we were lucky that there wasn't a train strike because there had been rolling transport strikes in May 2025.
