SCHWING VacuClean Compact - Thermal Cleaning and Post Treatment of EREMA® Laser Filters

The short movie shows easy thermal cleaning and post treatment of an Erema® high-performance laser filtration with innovative scraper system in a SCHWING vacuum pyrolysis #VacuClean Compact system. The specially designed system eliminates easily all kinds of polymers from the complete filtration unit (2 laser-bored screen discs, scraper disc with ring and discharge screw) in a safe way for the delicate laser-bored discs, without external or internal damages. Only inorganic residues will remain on the parts after the gentle and perfect cleaning in our VacuClean Compact system.

The movie also demonstrates easy and efficient removal of inorganic residues in the laser filters by an ultrasonic device, a perfect non abrasive method, which helps increasing the stand time of the filter in production.
