After a brief and buggy cutscene, I can't seem to escape the cryo pod I was herded into near the entrance of Vault 111. To anyone else having this issue, reloading the game fixed it at least for me. I also found this list of console commands you could try.
Open console. (with the ~ key)
Type
SetStage mq101 805
Close console
Wait for screen to turn all white
Open console
Type
SetStage mq101 900
Close console
