In this Star Trek lore video, we are going to take a deep dive into nerdiness by examining the NCC registry numbers of the Constitution-class starships that appear onscreen in The Original Series and attempting to resolve any discrepancies. Note: there are a number of Starfleet vessels mentioned in TOS that are assumed to be Constitutions (such as the Farragut) by in-universe reference works, but these instances are conjecture because the ships are never seen.
