The film follows 17-year-old Christy, who is kicked out of his suburban foster home and moves in with his estranged older brother Shane and his young family. While Shane sees the arrangement as temporary, Christy begins to feel at home in the working-class community of Cork’s Northside. As he forms new friendships and reconnects with his past, tensions rise between family, loyalty, and the future Shane wants for him.
Christy is a heartfelt exploration of brotherhood, belonging, and community, balancing the struggles of the past with hope for the future.
