My Math calculations for Way of Mercy:
Level 1: (Wood elf, Dex/Wis 16 using a Longsword dedicated weapon)
Longsword: 5.5+3 Unarmed: 2.5+3
(14x0.6)+(8x0.05)=8.8 DPR

Level 2:
All ki on Flurry of Blows (1/8 of turns)
(5.5x0.6)+(2.5x0.05)=3.425/8=0.43
=9.23 DPR

Level 3:
We now use all ki on Hands of Harm. 3/16 of turns
2.5+3=5.5 x 3/16 = 1.03
=9.83 DPR

Level 4: Increase Dex to 18. Hands of harm 1/4 of turns
Longsword: 5.5+4 Unarmed 2.5+4
(16x0.6)+(8x0.05)=10
(5.5x0.25)=1.38
=11.38 DPR

Level 5: Martial arts die d6. Extra Attack with longsword. Hands of Harm 5/16 of turns for 6.5
Longsword: (5.5+4)x2 Unarmed: 3.5+4
(26.5x0.6)+(14.5x0.05)=16.63
(6.5x5/16)=2.03
=18.66 DPR
