In this video I review UpCloud's London VPS, the cheapest package at $5.
Yesterday Vultr had a major outage at their London datacentre so I went looking for a London alternative.

UpCloud is $1 cheaper and the benchmarks are only down a little with the download test much better at UoCloud.
