King of Fighters 98' creates a new theme for normal Rugal Bernstein, while his boss theme is a remix of his original boss theme, "Conclusion R&D" (Also called "The Ketchaku R") while the arranged version of it remixes his Omega Rugal Boss theme from 95' "Guitar, Omega, and Rugal". The official name of his 98' track is "XXX" but no one really uses it.
The two arranged tracks transition directly into each other (something that Krizalid's arranged themes from 99' also do) and I haven't seen someone put together both songs into one video, so I did it.
I did some visual editing to fit the audio a bit, so it's kinda like a pseudo music video. I hope you enjoy.
