We had a great fortune of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Almaty for two nights, which serendipitously coincided with the hotel's own 12th-anniversary celebrations. Our holiday became a shared celebration, and the experience was absolutely delightful from start to finish. The entire hotel had a palpable, joyful energy. It was clear the staff was proud to mark this milestone, and that pride translated into exceptional, upbeat service. We felt like we were part of a special occasion. The connection to the luxury Esentai Mall remains one of the hotel's best assets, offering unparalleled convenience for dining and shopping right at your doorstep.
Our room was a sanctuary of comfort, featuring the plush bed and elegant amenities you expect from The Ritz-Carlton.
The special touches, however, made it extraordinary; a lavish bar of chocolate awaited us—a delightful nod to the celebration. The already fantastic and extensive buffet breakfast was elevated with a celebratory offering of champagne and ice cream for all guests. It was a fantastic, festive touch that made the meal feel like a true event. The thoughtful turndown service included mini chocolate bars and bottled water, a perfect night cap that felt both indulgent and considerate.
The staff was exemplary—attentive, warm, and genuinely enthusiastic. Their celebratory spirit was infectious and added a wonderful layer of joy to every interaction.
Staying during The Ritz-Carlton, Almaty's 12th anniversary was a unique and memorable pleasure.
