How to Replace Heating Element in Washing Machine - Indesit

Water was not heating in the washing machine so replaced the heating element in an Indesit IWE81481 washing machine.
Not changed the element on one of these machines before. All went well until it came time to take the element out, took a lot of persuading to get it out. Once out pretty straight forward.
