Lemon Butter Pan Seared Sockeye Salmon

Tutorial for the perfect way to cook Sockeye Salmon!
Ingredients:
2 filets Sizzlefish Sockeye Salmon, thawed
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
3 tbsp. Butter, cubed
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
Juice of 1 Lemon
Directions:
1. Heat up a skillet over medium high heat.
2. In the meantime, pat dry both sides of the thawed Sockeye Salmon, then season both sides with salt and black pepper.
3. Add 1 tablespoon butter to the skillet.
4. Once the butter is melted, add the Sockeye Salmon. Cook untouched for 4-5 minutes, until golden along the edges.
5. Flip the fish filets. Add the remaining butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
6. Baste the fish in the lemon butter sauce to finish cooking, about 4-5 more minutes, until flaky.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley to enjoy warm!
