Let me be honest, had it not been for the HG Duel Blitz and the brotherly bond between Yzak and Dearka, I won't have batted this kit an eye because of how basic it is, besides my own stigma towards the old HG SEED kits. Nonetheless, I still wanted to give this kit a fair chance, and it's just as finicky as I'd imagined, with the odd proportions, missing paint apps, and restricted articulation being even more restricted thanks to the Assault Shroud armor. By itself, it didn't age all that well. However, with the HG Duel Blitz coming with a full redo of the HG Duel Gundam, I'm expecting this kit to be rendered obsolete in the next 2-3 years.
