Exploring This Dangerous ABANDONED 1970's Estate Home That Is An Active Flood Zone

In this episode of Urban Exploring, I will be taking you for a tour through this dangerous abandoned estate home, built way back in 1970 and has been sitting abandoned now for multiple years! Sitting on a 4 acre lot in the outer reaches of the city, this home was most recently sold to developers for $11,000,000 and will eventually be demolished to make way for new dwellings. The home features an incredible front patio area, a large back deck and tons of open land that could have been used for beautiful landscaping. Inside the house has seen some renovations in the last 20 years, mainly adding pot lighting throughout the home, a new kitchen, and some upgrades to the bathrooms, but many of its original vintage features still exist and give the house a unique feel. Sadly due to sitting for so long, this home has been ravaged by water issues, mold, and at the time of filming, was an active flood zone.
