Jeffrey Sachs Warns India to be Wary of US | Palki Sharma | Rising Bharat Summit | N18G

Talking about "retaliatory" tariffs imposed by US President Donald Trump on India, renowned US economist Prof. Jeffrey D Sachs said on Tuesday that India needed to be "careful" of what he called an "American friendship". He was in conversation with Firstpost's Managing Editor Palki Sharma, at the Rising Bharat Summit 2025 in New Delhi. Talking at the session discussing his famous theory, 'The Sachs Doctrine', he added, "The US wants to use India to beat up China... India shouldn't play the American game."
