This video questions the approval and purchase of the ExpressVote XL voting machines in New York State. In spite of a pending lawsuit and objections of numerous election integrity groups, counties in New York State are moving ahead to purchase these new machines and eliminate the use of hand-marked paper ballots. Monroe County has already purchased 1000 machines. An investigation is in order.
