With the Japanese Autumn Harvests taking place at the time of year, Autumn and Winter are a great time to buy Koi as you can often get the pick of the best fish... but with dropping temperatures is this really a good time to move new fish to your pond?
Chris and Michael from the team here at Elite Koi discuss if you should move Koi during the Autumn and Winter time, and the things to look out for if you do.
At Elite Koi, from 1 November 2021 we're offering our FREE Overwinter Service for selected Koi. As a customer this means you can buy your Koi now and leave them with us, to pick up or have them shipped to you at the end of March 2022, ready to go into your pond in the Spring!
We'll take good care of your Koi at our shop over the winter months - during this time you can even call in to see them if you like!
