RA Application Video (USF)

This is a video answering these two questions:
1.) Explain what being a role model means to you and share an example of a time you served as a role model. How is this related to the Resident Assistant (RA) and/or Community Manager (CM) position?
2.) Think about a time that you worked with someone different from you to achieve a common goal. This may be someone with different beliefs, backgrounds, identities, or lived experiences. Explain how you navigated your differences to achieve this common goal. What did you learn?
