I have 20+ years of Human Resources, Learning, and Organisational Development experience. I work with Leaders and teams across the globe, as well as those who are on a journey to healing their deepest emotional wounds, like grief, trauma, anger, anxiety & depression.

I have lived through many of life’s ups and downs and understand firsthand deep emotional pain, trauma, and profound grief after my teenage son, Aaron, tragically died in a car accident.

I am driven to change our society and culture so that we are more grief literate, authentically connected to ourselves, and living our lives with passion and purpose.
